The CTCA will show it's appreciation by providing support to all volunteers who share their time and skills with the community.  The CTCA will provide letters of reference for volunteers that spend 30 days or longer as part of the CTCA volunteer team. A letter reference is very valuable for your resume and to show Canadian experience.
